Abenteuer & Allrad Bad Kissingen:
From 20.06. - 23.06.2019
the world's biggest off road fair took place in
Bad Kissingen, Phaesun was of course there again.
On the four great sunny days about 50.000 visitors
came to see what 330 exhibitors from all over the
world have to offer. Completed of course by 3.200
vehicles with 8.000 offroaders, in now 4 camp
areas around the fairground. As always, the focus
was of course on the conversion and expansion of
expeditions and desert vehicles and travelling
with roof tents. We gave our customers valuable
tips on how to design roof areas sensibly and our
local dealers were then able to convert these into
sales. The trend is more and more towards portable
solar systems as a supplement and extensive 24
volt systems. With our Western WRM marine
controllers we can also reasonably charge the 24 V
systems with our 12 V Fly Weight module, thanks to
the MPPT technology. The MPPT technology is more
and more in demand and of course they have to be
controllable via an app. Also our new Fold Up 100
case with 100 Wp. and charge controller attracted
attention again and again.
We are already looking forward to the next
Adventure & Allrad fair which will take place
from 11th to 14th June 2020 in Bad Kissingen
again.

Nutri-Fresh-System:
A
pilot project was launched in Peru. A Nutri Fresh
system was installed there to store and transport
lobster with the aim of gaining more value from
the product in the indigenous community. |

Bolivian delegation organized by GIZ visited
Phaesun in mid-June. Thank you very much for your
visit!

Off-Grid-Experts
Workshop 19. - 21. September:
It
shows effect that the OEW has got a new location and
with the Messe Augsburg ASMV GmbH a new organizer.
We are very pleased to have entered into this
partnership, as a result of which the network will
be larger. In the meantime, 45 exhibitors from all
sectors of the off-grid industry have already
registered. It is particularly pleasing that 20 new
exhibitors are there to present their products and

Adventure
Southside 12. - 14. July 2019 From 12 to
14 July 2019 there will be a whole weekend of
adventure and fun for all off-road and survival
fans at the Adventure Southside in Eigeltingen on
Lake Constance. More than 160 national and
international exhibitors present everything you
need for expeditions and off-road trips. This year
again, roof tent manufacturers, suppliers of
vehicle conversions and manufacturers of pick-up
cabins, suppliers of 4×4 travel and expedition
vehicles, exhibitors of off-road trailers as well
as dealers of outdoor equipment and off-road
accessories, organisers of off-road trips and
suppliers of survival courses will be taking part.
You will find us at booth P5. We are looking
forward to your visit.

Solar system completed:
Last week a
solar Off-Grid system was completed in Tanzania.
The system was designed and supplied by Phaesun
and installed by our local partner in Tanzania
RESCO Tanzania Ltd. The hybrid PV system is a
14kWp to power a health centre in Kajunguti /
Tanzania, run by St. Therese sisters. The project
is implemented and financed through BEGECA.

Visit
of African instructors:
A group of
African trainers from the countries Ethiopia,
Ghana, Uganda and Zambia visited us from the field
of photovoltaics and renewable energies. The visit
was organized by bfz (Berufliches
Fortbildungszentrum der Bayerischen Wirtschaft).
