The visit was organized by bfz (vocational
training centers of the Bavarian economy) on the
topic: "Renewable energies and energy efficiency".

Assembly Kit SelfChill®:
Phaesun, in
collaboration with the University of
Hohenheim, has developed a solar cooling unit
that enables the local production of cooling
systems. The Phaesun Assembly Kit SelfChill®
is applied for many different applications
such as milk-cooling systems, cold rooms,
ice-makers and battery free refrigerators.
The University of Hohenheim in collaboration
with the Deutsche Gesellschaft für
Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH
initiative Powering Agriculture: An Energy
Grand Challenge for Development is promoting
the local production of cooling systems for
the agriculture through trainings for
entrepreneurs and local companies. In
September, the team has carried out a Training
in Mali after the good resonance obtained in
Kenya in March this year.

Preview: Winterschool SRH Uni Berlin
The SRH University
Berlin is offering its Solar Winter School
from February 03 - 16, 2020. The sustainable
use of energetic resources is becoming more
and more important for society. In particular
the current production from solar energy
(Photovoltaik) is in many places a more
pollution free, more economical and more
reliable alternative to the conventional
electricity supply. Governments in many
countries are responding to this fact with new
subsidy programmes that have turned the solar
energy industry into a huge global economic
sector with high sales.
The two-week English-language course enables
students and people with an engineering or
business/business background to qualify as
experts in the field of photovoltaics/solar
energy. Participants learn the basics of
photovoltaics on the basis of theory and
practice modules and can further specialize in
two tracks. In the "Entrepreneur Track",
participants are prepared for company
start-ups and learn how to successfully and
sustainably establish a solar start-up. The
"Employee Track", on the other hand, is aimed
at people who want to gain a thorough
understanding of the solar industry, their
companies and the market.

Economy dialog africa:
At
the end of September, the Mittelstandsvereinigung
(MIT) of Tübingen and the Federal Association of
Baden-Württemberg of the liberal middle class
(LIM) organized the Economy Dialog Africa
The event was about Ethiopia / Eritrea. Russom was
on the spot for Phaesun. The event series designed
as theme day, based on a workshop format, offers
all interested parties an open platform to cover
the countries and regions of Africa. Over-party
and over politically, countries and people, State
Representatives and business practitioners bring
closer to the continent country by country, region
by region. It is necessary to introduce the
realities and opportunities for business
involvement in Africa to give a concrete
impression for a first personal market assessment.

Company battle:
This Wednesday took
place under the motto: Casino, again the
legendary company battle between the company:
Keckeisen, Printpiloten and Phaesun. With
Roulette, Black Jack, Poker and Dice-Roulette we
proved our "ability" and defended the 1st place
of the previous year!

Presentation Any Grid
Inverter Phocos:
With the integrated MPPT
charge controller and the hybrid inverter, the
PSW-H can be used both as a charger for solar and
grid power. The high DC voltage allows an
installation with few strings and eliminates the
need for generator connection boxes. Any-Grid
PSW-H can be connected in parallel and three-phase
and can even be used without a battery.
